Mithat GUNEY, PMP was born in 1972 in Türkeli district, Sinop, which is in the Northern of Turkiye.
He continued his education in Istanbul, which he started in Germany. Then, he completed his Bachelor Science education in Erzurum Atatürk University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, in 1994.
Following his graduation, Civil Engineer Mithat GUNEY started his professional life in the Engineering Office they established with his colleague in Istanbul.
For many years he served in the areas such, Reinforced Concrete and Steel Construction projects, Structural Design and Shop drawings, Technical Application Responsibility (TUS), Site Supervision etc.
Concentrated on Steel Structures after the 1999 Marmara Earthquake and he has the rightful pride of realizing many domestic and international prestige projects in the fields of Design and Implementation of Structural Steel Constructions.
Mithat GUNEY, who was awarded the “Risky Structures Detection Specialist” certificate by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, in 2015, reflects his professional knowledge to the areas of
- Identification of Risky Structures,
- Structural Design,
- Repair and Reapplication,
- Supervision and Consultancy
that he has created up to now.
